How We Look After Your Roof in St. Augustine
Most homeowners never climb onto their own roof, so they end up taking a roofer's word for what's up there. We'd rather show you. On every job we photograph what we find, what we change and how it looks when we finish, then sit down and go through the pictures with you.

Why We Show Instead of Tell
A roof problem is hard to judge from the driveway. A lifted shingle, a cracked pipe boot or rusted flashing around a vent can look like nothing from the ground and still let water into your attic. That gap between what a roofer sees and what you can see is where a lot of worry, and a lot of overselling, comes from.
So we close the gap. When we inspect, we photograph the trouble spots and the parts that are still sound, so you can tell the difference for yourself. If a repair will hold, the pictures show why. If the roof is worn out, you'll see the soft decking or bare shingles before we ever bring up roof replacement.
The camera stays out once work starts. We record the old layers coming off, the decking underneath, the underlayment and flashing going on, and the finished ridge. You end up with a record of your home's roof that you can keep, show a future buyer or share with your insurer.
What You Can Expect When We Work on Your Home
Pictures at every stage
Before, during and after photos come with every job, from a small leak repair to a full metal roofing install. We go over them with you in person instead of just sending a file.
A straight repair-or-replace answer
We tell you plainly when a repair makes sense and when patching would be money thrown away. If something can wait a few years, we say so and show you what to watch.
Steady help once the wind dies down
After a hurricane or a hard summer squall, we'll come check your roof at no charge. If you file a claim, we deal with your insurance adjuster ourselves and hand over the pictures we took. Deciding what's covered stays with your insurer.
A clear estimate and ways to pay
Your estimate is free and no-obligation, with the work broken out line by line so nothing shows up later as a surprise. Financing is available if a new roof or new gutters need to be spread out.
Where We Work
Our crews cover St. Augustine along with St. Augustine Beach, St. Augustine South, St. Augustine Shores, Butler Beach, World Golf Village and Nocatee. Salt air is hard on fasteners and metal flashing, so on homes near the water we look closely at those parts and point out early rust in the pictures before it turns into a leak.
Every visit ends the same way, wherever you live. Tarps come off your plants, nails get swept from the driveway and lawn with a magnet, and we walk you through what was done.
