How the Call and the Visit Go
First we ask about your home and what caught your eye: a brown spot on a ceiling, shingle pieces in the yard, rain sheeting over a gutter. Then we agree on a visit time. If a storm just passed through, we can book a free post-storm inspection instead.
On the roof, we photograph each problem spot. Then we sit down with you and go through those pictures one at a time, so you understand the roof's condition before any number is mentioned. Your free, no-obligation estimate is built from what the photos show. When a storm caused the damage, we talk with your insurance adjuster ourselves and share the same photos, so you aren't stuck relaying details back and forth. Paying over time is an option too, since we offer financing for roof work. We've been in business since 1995 and are a Pella Windows Certified Contractor.

- Your roof's approximate age, or the year you moved in if that's easier to remember.
