Terms and Conditions
Using This Website
This website belongs to Roofing St Augustine, a roofing company serving homeowners in St. Augustine, FL and the surrounding area. By reading these pages, you agree to the terms below. They are short on purpose, and we have tried to write them the way we would explain them to you in person.
If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. You are always welcome to reach us by phone instead.
What the Information Here Is For
The pages on roof repair, roof replacement, metal roofing, gutters and our other services are general information. They describe how we usually work and what tends to affect a roofing job. They are not a diagnosis of your roof and not an offer to do any specific work at a specific price.
Every roof is different. The real answer for your home comes after we look at it, take photos of what we find and talk it through with you.
Estimates and Agreements Happen by Phone and in Person
This site has no forms, online booking or checkout. Our phone line, (904) 621-6670, is the only way to reach us. A conversation on the phone is a starting point, not a contract.
Any work we do for you will be described in a written estimate or agreement that you review and accept. That document, not this website, sets the scope, price and terms for your job.
Keeping the Site Accurate
We do our best to keep these pages correct and current, but details can change and mistakes can slip in. We may update, correct or remove content at any time without notice. If something here seems off, give us a call and we will set it straight.
Photos and Written Content
The words, photos and design on this site belong to Roofing St Augustine or are used with permission. You may read, print or share a page for your own personal use. Please do not copy the content for commercial use or present it as your own.
Limits of Responsibility
We provide this website as is. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on its general information without having your roof looked at, or from the site being briefly unavailable. Climbing onto a roof is risky, so we ask that you leave inspections to people trained and equipped for the job.
Florida Law and Changes to These Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may revise them from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies when you visit. A question about anything on this page is one we are glad to talk through, and the number for that conversation is (904) 621-6670.
